As part of the Carrefours de l’Entrepreneuriat, Eye’go had the pleasure of taking part in an inspiring round table dedicated to female entrepreneurship, held on 18 March at the Pôle Laherrère.
Alongside Nathalie Larroutis (company director and President of MEDEF Pau-Béarn) and Nathalie Perquem (company director and President of the ‘FCE Pau-Béarn, Femmes Cheffes d’Entreprise’ association), Leïla Delimi, director of Eye’go, spoke about her entrepreneurial journey, her deep-rooted convictions and the challenges she faces as a committed company director.
A big thank you to Carrefours de l’Entrepreneuriat for this great opportunity to share with an audience of women on the road to business creation.
As part of ‘Mars Attack 2025’, the month dedicated to raising awareness and combating all forms of discrimination, Eye’go, in partnership with Hélioparc and Eklor-ed, has organised two conferences to provide food for thought and open up dialogue on fundamental issues : gender equity and secularism.
👉 The ‘Women’s Rights’ conference, co-hosted with Marie-Laure Mestelan and Daphné Hanus (in partnership with Pau’s Technopole Hélioparc), addressed the issues of equality, sexism and fairness in social and professional environments.
👉 The ‘Once upon a time, secularism’ round table, bringing together Loïc Harriet, David Wieczorek, Abiboulaye Maiga and Abel Kouvouama, provided an opportunity to discuss the major issues surrounding secularism, beliefs and cultural diversity in our society.
Two complementary events, rich in ideas, personal accounts and sharing, to strengthen our collective commitment to an inclusive, equitable society that respects diversity.
On 13 February, Eye’go joined forces with the CPME 65 to run an interactive workshop on changes in the world of work.
The workshop provided an opportunity to explore the major changes in the labour market, identify the levers for optimising HR and management processes, and open up a space for dialogue between directors and employees of local businesses.
Many thanks to the CPME 65 for its warm welcome, and to all the participants for the rich discussions!
After the conference on the challenges of Human Diversity on 17 October at the Éklore-ed School of Management group.
I had the pleasure of meeting up with David Wieczorek to record a podcast on the Éklosion channel 😊
Thank you for this opportunity for a simple and authentic exchange on the human being, his potential and the power of diversity for society and business 🙏
Good listening to you all

– Recall that Diversity and Inclusion play a fundamental role in shaping our society and our working environment
– Situate D&I in the value chain
– Pass on some good practices for reconciling Performance and Human Respect
